Sunlight Rock is the highest point on Gulangyu Island. It offers a breathtaking view and is an excellent way to enjoy the holiday crowd. We took a tram across, then queued up along with a couple of thousand others to take the slow ascent to the top. Fortunately there were soldiers and police officers that keep things orderly and moving along.
